Krystal Flash can also be used as body material. Select 3 to 6 strands and wrap the hook shank evenly. Using Krystal Flash as body material opens up a wide range of colors yet doesn't add too much bulk. Great for smaller flies like shrimp and bonefish patterns.

This awesome material combines not only flash but color. The material can be add in between or on top of just about any material. It is especially useful on offshore and bluewater patterns. Some patterns even use Krystal Flash solely as the primary body material! Try adding some red Krystal Flash as a throat on any fly. Or mix colors for special effects (e.g. mix light blue and peacock for an incredible iridescent style!).

We offer both regular Krystal Flash and "Saltwater" Kyrstal Flash that is a thicker, stiffer material (think 'heavy duty' - it glows in the dark too!).
